Recognizing his situation, a social worker stepped forward to help and brought him to the attention of Apna Gaon Apna Desh Foundation.Immediate Assistance and CareAfter his arrival, the Foundation recorded his basic details and assessed his immediate needs. According to the registration form, his health condition was marked as requiring attention, and medical assistance was noted.The team took steps to facilitate medical attention and support his immediate needs.
