Self Defence & Sports
The Apna Gaon Apna Desh Foundation (AGAD) actively organizes self-defense training camps for youth, children, mothers, and sisters in both urban and rural areas of India. In collaboration with government administrations and local authorities, these camps aim to provide practical self-defense techniques, confidence-building sessions, and awareness programs that empower women to protect themselves in challenging situations. Our mission is to ensure that every woman and girl feels safe, confident, and independent — not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally. Along with training, AGAD runs continuous awareness campaigns that focus on women’s safety, legal rights, and social empowerment, helping create a secure and supportive community environment. Through these initiatives, the AGAD Foundation is shaping a future where safety, strength, and self-respect become the foundation of every woman’s life.
